Your contract is with Popcorn-box.
You agree that e-mail will be used as the standard means of communication. When your order is accepted, we will send you an e-mail confirming this.
This confirmation e-mail will contain all relevant statutory information concerning your contract.
Popcorn box does not store credit card information. We do not sell our customer's details.
When you create an account we will sign you up to our e-newsletters, but you can unsubscribe from these at any time by clicking the link in the email.
Popcorn box uses PayPal for online credit and debit card clearing.
We charge for the order in full at the time the order is placed.
Therefore please ensure if you are pre-ordering an item that you are happy to pay for it in advance.
You undertake that all details which you provide to us for the purpose of ordering goods are correct,
that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order.
Your statutory rights are not affected but otherwise all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
All prices on this site include United Kingdom VAT at the prevailing rate.
Popcorn box cares about the environment and wherever possible we will recycle packaging so some orders are sent out using recycled materials & boxes.
Popcorn box will aim to ship all orders within 5 working days subject to stock availability.
At busy times delivery may take slighter longer.
If there is a delay of delivery on in-stock items beyond the normal 5 working days period we will contact you by email to inform you of progress with your order.

Stock permitting, all orders are dispatched to arrive with customers within 5 working days.
In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct at the time of going to press.
However, while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a very slight variation in the actual goods may occur, and all sizes are approximate.
If it is essential that the measurements & colour are accurate on an item then please contact us prior to ordering and we will be happy to help.
We will not be liable for the cost of returning items that are not the right size or colour for your purposes if you have not checked with us beforehand.
This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Postage & Packing Charge for items for deliveries with UK First service is £5.99 per order.
Postage & packing charge for items for deliveries within Europe is £12.99 per order

If when you receive your goods you feel that they're not right for you, that's no problem. We are more than happy for you to return them. Please return them within 14 days of the goods being received by you, in the original packaging so that we are able to sell them on. Once received back here, we will give you a full refund.
If the 14 day period has expired, we would be happy to exchange the goods for something else.
Please do call and let us know as soon as possible though. We are unable to pay the postage for goods being returned to us.
How to return or exchange items:
Email email@example.com stating your reason for return and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
In the case of a damaged product, please do send over an image where possible for us to pass on to quality control.
Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement where goods are faulty or not as described.
If the item is damaged or faulty, then we will cover the cost of receiving the item back with us. Please ensure that if you are sending anything back to us that you request a proof of postage, as we will not be liable for items lost in transit on their way back to us without proof of postage.
If you have requested a refund, this will be processed within 21 days of receipt of your returned items. If this refund is made directly to your credit card this should appear on your next credit card statement.
Please note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser and if you decide to swap an item we can not stop the payer from knowing.
If you have returned an item, we ask that you allow up to 14 working days for the item to be received back with us and be processed by our returns department, before you query the return.
We respect and protect the privacy of all visitors to our website. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you are at all concerned about anything regarding the privacy of your details.
We do request personal information such as your name, email address, company details, etc which you can choose to provide when you subscribe to our mailing list, enter competitions, provide feedback, etc. This information helps us understand a little more about our consumers, but please be assured that we NEVER share your details with third parties.
We use an online payment system with Paypal to process your payment which is fully secure.
Statistics show that the risk of credit card fraud is far greater in restaurants and high street retailers than when used for shopping on the internet.
In the unlikely event of fraud occurring when using a credit card on the internet most card issuers cover all losses. Please contact your card issuer for more information.
